Terms and Conditions for Event Partners (Materials) Ltd

Registration Policy
Except as explicitly stated in these terms or otherwise specified during the registration process for a particular Event:

    • (a) Your registration for the Event is final and non-cancellable; you do not have the right to cancel once registered.
    • (b) All registration fees paid are non-refundable.
    • (c) substitutions are available 7 days before the show

Event Date Changes or Cancellations
Event Partners (Materials) Ltd reserves the right to change the date(s) of an Event or cancel it entirely, for any reason (including reasons beyond our reasonable control). If the Event date(s) are rescheduled within twelve (12) months of the original opening date, or if the Event is cancelled but is reasonably expected to occur within the next calendar year, your registration will automatically apply to the new date(s) or next occurrence. In such cases, no registration fee refunds will be issued. If the Event, or part of it, is cancelled and is not expected to take place within the next calendar year, your registration will be invalidated. In this instance, you may choose to either receive a refund of any registration fees paid or a credit note for the cancelled portion. In addition, no further registration fees will be owed for the cancelled Event (or portion). Please note service charges are non-refundable. Personal arrangements, such as travel or accommodation, remain your responsibility, and Event Partners (Materials) Ltd is not liable for any costs associated with such arrangements, even in the case of Event cancellation or rescheduling. The remedies described in this section are your sole recourse in the event of a cancellation or date change, and all other liabilities of Event Partners (Materials) Ltd are expressly excluded.

 

Attendee Age Requirements
Our Events, whether held in person or virtually, are intended for business professionals and are generally not designed for children under sixteen (16). Certain areas or sessions of our Events may be unsuitable or impractical for attendees under sixteen (16) (such as executive workshops), and Event Partners (Materials) Ltd reserves the right to restrict access to such areas, as necessary.

Liability

  • Event Partners Ltd do not accept liability for any loss of, or damage to, the personal effects of attendees to the event.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, defer or modify the event proceedings without prior notice.

Complaints

  • It is in our interest to resolve any complaints as soon as they occur.
  • We will personally deal with all complaints as soon as possible, acknowledging your complaint within 48 hours and keeping you informed of our progress during the complaints procedure.
  • If you have a complaint, please do not hesitate to contact us.
